Improved Digital Print Ordering Stations

This past week we upgraded our Digital Print ordering stations. Increased Ram and new card readers will make ordering prints from your digital camera card faster and more efficient.

The past few years have seen a dramatic increase in the size of digital image file sets. 10 megapixel camera are now commonplace and 2, 4 and 8 gigabyte camera cards are the norm. Our computers were choking on large memory file sets.

We still strongly recommend managing your digital pictures by periodically transferring the images off the camera card and onto a more stable and archiveable media such as CDs or DVDs.
